What happens if I am not home to receive the order?If absent, a card is left; arrange depot pick-up or pay for re-delivery, or pre-authorize doorstep drop-off.
What should I do if there is an item missing from my order?For missing items, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery; after that, claims aren't accepted.
What happens if I am not home to receive the order?Due to COVID-19, signatures aren't required; orders will be left at your door for no-contact delivery.
Can the driver call me 30 minutes prior to delivery?No. Unfortunately this is not a service that the drivers are able to provide.
How long will my order take to arrive?In-stock items ship to the continental USA in 5-7 days.
What type of delivery services do you offer?Standard Delivery includes curb-side drop-off, excluding assembly and inside delivery.
Where do you deliver?Online ordering is available only in the United States and Canada. Inquiry about other locations.
