What happens if I am not home to receive the order?If absent, a card is left; arrange depot pick-up or pay for re-delivery, or pre-authorize doorstep drop-off.
What should I do if there is an item missing from my order?For missing items, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery; after that, claims aren't accepted.
